If you want a McDicks that will screw your order up time after time again, this is your spot! The only reason I’ve come here more than once is because it’s the closest one to my campus housing by a considerable distance. It doesn’t matter if you mobile order or go through the drive through, they will mess it up either way. I order a plain burger everytime and without fail everytime it comes back with EVERYTHING ON IT.

There was a guest in the process of being kicked out of the restaurant. The managers weren't being nice at all I don't know what happened before I got there. First time at McDonald's in 6 months. Will not be visiting that store again.

I ordered french fries without salt. I received an order that was salted and doubled fried (meaning they were brown & dried out!) I called back to the restaurant, spoke with the manager, & was told I could get fries when I'm back in the area. I'm hoping for a much better experience when I return.

These people actually just don't work during dinner rush. I'm not sure if it's a strike thing or what, but don't bother ordering period. I'm pretty sure the cashier/manager was high out of his mind when I called, which is fine and all, but I want what I paid money for... Manager lied to my face and told me that my order wasn't showing up in the system immediately before the dasher picked it up, which is wild

Ordered on app and had accidentally clicked on counter pick up. Drive through would not assist was told we had to park and go inside because there were other customers. Nobody else was in drive through behind us at 4pm.
Does anybody speak English or know how to include a straw with a drink?

Bad atmosphere. Sub-par service. Food that will make you drop before you hit the door. May I suggest the Harlow Monkey Laboratory if you want to see a scene as disturbed as the students in McDonald’s past 10.
