As far as McDonalds go, this location is very well run. I come here every day for coffee. There are plenty of workers and they are always busy. This is a clean location. It was not always the case for this location.

Poor customer service experience. A trainee took our order and mistakenly added extra fries instead of the apple slices that normally come with a Happy Meal. One worker apologized and said it would be corrected at the first window—but when we received the meals, the apple slices were still missing.
At the next window, a staff member was extremely rude and insisted we pay for the apple slices. I explained that we didn’t request extra fries and that apple slices are supposed to be included. Instead of correcting the mistake, she doubled down and again demanded payment.
I asked to simply swap the extra fries for the apple slices. She called over a supervisor (possibly the manager), who didn’t listen at all—he just snatched the Happy Meals and replaced the fries, without wearing gloves. He then practically threw the meals back at us through the window. Completely unprofessional.
If he is the manager, both he and his team need serious customer service and food safety training. All of this could have been avoided if the order had been taken correctly. I do not recommend this location.

They won't answer the phone, my order randomly switched to this location across town instead of the Cottage Grove one and I need to cancel the order, but they won't answer the phone. Horrible experience.
