Wow, first time I happened up this food truck (parked on Cottage Grove Road)... and I'm so glad I stopped!. We frequently dine at restaurants and do take-out, and this is absolutely ranks in my top three burritos of all time and is my new FAVORITE in Madison.Had a fantastic pork burrito especiale. The flavors were fabulous! Guessing the Salvadoran influence helped it taste extra special. Loved the seasonings--some of which I don't get to enjoy often. The veggies were super-fresh (not mushy or slippery) and the pork was lean and flavorable. Even the flour tortilla was great--not gummy or dried out. It was perfect.The service was prompt and friendly. Great job, Mexsal. I'll be a returning customer. ??
