This is our new favorite Indian restaurant in Madison. The food here is so delicious, and everyone is so friendly. Don't be deterred by the fact that it's in what used to be a fast-food building.
We had dinner with friends tonight for Rajni's grand opening and had a wonderful experience. We would highly recommend everyone try this new spot! My husband said it was the best Indian cuisine he's ever had, and the customer service was phenomenal. We tried onion pakora, chicken 555, palak paneer, goat nanjilnadu, butter chicken masala, both the garlic and butter naan breads, Chai tea, and ended the evening with the double ka meetha and elaneer payasam - yum!! Rajni Indian Cuisine offers delicious and authentic Indian food with generous portions and an expansive menu, featuring many South India specialties. The Palak Paneer is a standout, and the coffee is also enjoyed. Guests appreciate the friendly staff, warm atmosphere, and prompt service. The food is beautifully prepared, presented, and incredible. This new-ish restaurant appears to be a hit with locals.
