Awful experience and rude customer service. We ordered two “cookie jar” sundae’s based off the menu (photo attached) when they came they were peanut butter cookies. I’m pregnant and have not been able to eat much peanut butter. I politely showed them the menu explaining how I thought this came with Oreos… they said they changed the menu and there’s nothing they can do. They wouldn’t exchange or even give a discount for new sundae’s. I wouldn’t have an issue but...read full review
One word review: OVERPRICED. I am new in town and was excited to find a new ice cream place but then I go there and was disappointed. It was 9.97 for a two scoop ice cream sundae….portion small. I could have gotten almost two large sundaes at Culver’s. It did taste fresh and was good, but I will never be back because the price just made it not worth it.
