I was walking around Madison on a Saturday evening and needed a beer and some food. I saw that Mickey's was close, so I stopped in. The bar seats were occupied, but there were several open tables and I snagged one of those. The decor has a dive bar feel to it, but it was clean. The server was friendly and welcoming. Food and beers arrived quickly. Everything was tasty. Although it appeared to be nice place to hang out, I had other plans. I would definitely come back to Mickey's if I was in the area again.

I like mickeys. It's in an old house. Sometimes there's music. Excellent Ruben and burgers. The patio is nice. The staff look out for their customers. This is a safe place for girls. The staff will always help if someone is bugging them. It's nice to see. Good folks. Reasonably priced food and drink. One of my favorites.

Just got up and left because several tables who sat down after us (2 people) were greeted and orders taken. Meanwhile I was trying to make eye contact with any staff but none of them glanced our way. This is the second time this happened to us. The first time after waiting for about 10 minutes we got up and asked for service while the tables around us did not have to. This time we decided not to stay.

Went there about 2 weeks ago to meet my brother's widow for what could be the last time. Great waiter, nice vibe to the place and just tonight my wife asked me when we would again be going there as her sandwich was DELICIOUS!!
Awesome local pub on the east side. Great atmosphere, nice folks, great service and beer selection. The food was simply outstanding. Obviously made by people that care. Highly recommended.

It’s was ok food but their were way to many people smoking so it was very smelly if you sat outside . And the cheese curds were very greasy.
