Moka is very quick, yummy, and easy to order in person or online via app. App works flawlessly and coffee is always prepared more quick than any other coffee shop I’ve visited in Madison. A weekly, early morning staple for me. (please try their black & white mocha - you’ll never want to order a mocha from another coffee shop again)

(Edit: this is regarding the university ave location). I don't know why I keep giving this location a chance, but my very easy coffee order is wrong almost every time. A huge waste of money and disappointing to get an undrinkable coffee. Other moka locations are far superior. Don't know why this location can't get it together.

I've been to hundreds of coffee shops the past 5 years and the level of service & coffee quality relative to the size and foot traffic of the shop IS INCREDIBLE. Basically, I'm saying that MOKA is incredibly well run and could give many shops around the country a run for their money if they expanded one day.
Also, shout-out to the best coffee on earth: their Jamaican cool brew. It's the best black coffee I've ever had and often has a strong sense of mocha (chocolate) flavor. I regularly subject myself to black coffee for health reasons and I have to say this is THE ONLY black coffee that tastes AMAZING!!!!!

I stopped by this location while in town. I really enjoyed my caramel cold brew. They do have drive thru and while in line, a young lady came out to take my order. She was very friendly and upbeat. Once I got to the window, a gentleman give me my order and thanked me for visiting. My cold brew was just what I need to get my day going! Thank you so much and I would visit again if in area!
