We were visiting Madison and came here accidentally thinking we would find cheese bread. Luckily this was a happy mistake. They make the most gorgeous sourdough. Focaccia with Parmesan topping. It was an absolute treat to eat! We also got a couple of their pastries which were delicious. The brownie, not too sweet with a touch of salt was deeply rich and satisfying. I drive an hour to Madison for this place alone. In addition to all their pre-made loaves and treats, they have tons of Wisconsin grown and milled flour, sourdough starter that they won't charge you for (bring your own container!), and consistently friendly employees. Can't recommend them enough! Try the Sprye loaf!!
