Darby, the bartender was incredibly nice and personable! LOVE the Imperial Cookie Oatmeal Stout! When we asked Darby where he'd recommend we dine nearby (since we are from Appleton, WI) he recommended Alchemy which turned out to be phenomenal. Will definitely be returning.

If I could give no stars I would. Unsafe environment. The bartender physically assaulted two of our party while we were there. DO NOT support this establishment. Completely irresponsible and unsafe employees.

AMAZING stouts and porters, and sours too. Actually, everything our group tried was tasty and high-quality. Amazing beer, and very knowledgeable staff. Diamond-in-the-rough ... with pinball.

Great beer, including a few Nitro selections. No food, except huge bags of potato chips. Bartender, Darby, is a riot. Cheapest microbrews in Madison.

Can't get to Plover Wi. This is their Madison tap house. O'so makes awesome beer. They cover everything from bourbon barrel stouts to pineapple upside down sours. The tap house covers all the standards but also the rotation beers and aged ales. The space is pretty cool and just off of East Washington Ave. If you can't find street parking....the underground lot is there for you and it is free. Definitely give the taproom a try. The bar manager is great.

Great little tap room with a nice seating area outside as well. The beers were delicious. There were plenty of styles to choose from. Flights available too. The bartender we had (Darby) was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful stop while in the area.

What a wonderful experience. Darby was being accommodating and friendly. Mom and I had a fantastic time and we will venture the hour and a half to go back. Highly recommend.

0/5 stars. I went to O'so brewing (in the main level of their building). I parked in the retail parking designated spot of the Marling, decided it was best to get a ride home and leave my car, and I came back on Easter morning to my car towed. I guess O'so figured I should have driven?

Really nice bright place with a friendly bartender who knows his beer. Definitely recommend. Dank ipa is great!
Darby is an amazing bartender! He always knows so much about the beers ? He is super friendly and nice I would highly recommend the feather ? hurricane if you like double and triple IPAs.

It's disappointing that beer places only carry the same few O'so beers, because O'so has dozens of tastey beverages, not just a few. This place dose have all their stuff. Drink it.

O'so has a wonderful staff, great selection of beers, and even non alcoholic options of lemonades. 5 STARS and highly recommend this joint for a first date or a regular week night date.

Not quite what I was expecting, but an alright place to get a fresh beer. Just not much going on here. When we visited, no other patrons. Some music on but no tv on a football Sunday. Just rather low key in a rather small space. Not sure if we would visit again.

I've been to almost all of the breweries in Madison and this is hands down my favorite. Coby the bartender was incredibly kind and the "best day ever" IPA was as good as any NE IPA I've had. Great prices too! Will be back for sure.
