AMAZING stouts and porters, and sours too. Actually, everything our group tried was tasty and high-quality. Amazing beer, and very knowledgeable staff. Diamond-in-the-rough ... with pinball.
Can't get to Plover Wi. This is their Madison tap house. O'so makes awesome beer. They cover everything from bourbon barrel stouts to pineapple upside down sours. The tap house covers all the standards but also the rotation beers and aged ales. The space is pretty cool and just off of East Washington Ave. If you can't find street parking....the underground lot is there for you and it is free. Definitely give the taproom a try. The bar manager is great.

Darby, the bartender was incredibly nice and personable! LOVE the Imperial Cookie Oatmeal Stout! When we asked Darby where he'd recommend we dine nearby (since we are from Appleton, WI) he recommended Alchemy which turned out to be phenomenal. Will definitely be returning.
