I’ve gone to Outback before (specifically the one on the East side of Madison) and always enjoyed their steaks. However, this experience made me not want to come back again (to this location at least) My partner and I ordered some drinks but he had ordered a custom Lavender Lemonade. 20 minutes went by and we received our food but he was still missing his drink. The waitress was nice but she had said that someone didn’t make the drink and went to find someone who could. Drink was finally received.
Shortly after, we noticed our food was cold but we didn’t want to complain since they had already been cleaning up. Additionally, we had been a bit nervous about the meat (Ribeye and Chimichurri) because we asked for medium and received pieces that looked RAW (as pictured). We tried to continue eating but the sides were lacking seasoning. The next morning, we were feeling very sick with stomach pains. Very upsetting experience :((

My boyfriend and i decided to go out for our anniversary and we wanted to go somewhere we never have been, at first everything seemed okay, until we had to wait 30 mins for someone to even take our order. (Mind you we didn’t eat breakfast because we wanted to make sure we could eat all of our food and none of it go to waste) after that r we waited another 35 mins to get our food . We both ordered a burger and fries. The food was not very pleasant and from the first bite of the burger we could tell that something was off. The burger had a weird peppery flavor and the onions were not fresh. The fries were very good and I loved the ranch on the side but other than that I can’t say anymore good came from this place. I hope to see better in the future!

We arrived about 1230 and left at 1250. We were seated but after that no one acknowledged us. It was NOT busy. 2 other couples walked out in front of us with the same experiences. We drove down the street to Longhorn and in 15 min we were seated, orders taken, drinks and appetizers on the table. We won’t be back.

Latrice was the best waitress ever! She was super attentive and took good care of us on our date!
My partner and I came in and were sat immediately by the hostess. It’s a slow night and not many tables were eating, so I was surprised when 17 minutes went by and we weren’t greeted by any waiters. My partner got up and asked the hostess if anyone would be serving us, and it still took a few minutes for someone to actually come to our table. I’d understand if the restaurant was busy, but it was insanely slow, and there were about five or so servers just sitting and hanging out in a booth. We’ve come here before many times and never had this issue so it was disappointing to see. We ordered the Aussie Aussie Aussie meal and a bloomin onion to share and both were pretty good, we’ve come for it in the past and have always enjoyed it. I hope that our next experience at Outback isn’t like this, we probably won’t be returning to this one unfortunately.

On a Friday night around 6:30pm, we were seated promptly by a very nice hostess who took the time to make some small talk with us. Our server Siquan was friendly, efficient, and had very helpful and honest recommendations. Though he was busy, he took time to walk us through parts of the menu and make sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The food was hot and presented well; the wine selection was decent with a few brand names I recognized and competitive pricing. We were pleased with our meal, the service, and the atmosphere. We'd return!
