“So, I'm here because my car's being fixed, and there was something extra wrong with it. I've been here for like, probably seven hours. And the staff has just been kind and considerate, checking on me. I had a great lunch. They have a mix and match thing where you can get soup and salad for 10 bucks. Great deal. And just really nice people. So, this is where I'll be when I'm in Madison. Great work.“
“Avery and Bradley are SUPERB customer service people. I have been a customer for years and recently had an unfortunate experience FOR THE FIRST TIME. Avery told me to come in and I did and Bradley was MORE than gracious - I had to turn down all he offered as the resolution was far greater than the mishap. I hope these gentlemen are appreciated and appropriately rewarded. Thanks so much.“
“Standard location, lots of seating inside and outside, although the AC was sorta cold so bring a sweater if you tend to get cold. Food was good and fresh, staff were polite. There is decent parking around the building. Would recommend getting a pick 2!“
“Hey girlfriend, this is a great place to go for lunch. Good food plenty of seating sometimes it does get crowded but that’s what any place these days. They have a great assortment of bakery items. Also good coffee nice assortment of cheese to choose from and a good menu. They had had a little bit of a downswing for a while with their service but it’s gotten a lot better so it’s just a lovely place to have lunch with a friend“
