“I placed an online order to be at a later time and the website must have glitched because my tracking app said that it was getting made right now. So I went into the store and explained the situation and they didn't give me a hard time and just replaced my pizza at the right time. Honestly thought that was pretty cool and pizza was great!“

“The people here are very helpful and nice. The workers double checked everything and noticed a few items missing and made sure to get it before I left which I appreciated. Food is what you would expect from a papa John’s, and it is a take out only option here.“

“I made this review about a year ago. I just called the store back to see if Micky was still a manager there. I spoke with the new store manager KJ. This gentleman made everything right even after a year. Incredible customer service. I really think this store will make a turnaround under new management and I am thrilled with how this gentleman handled it. I am keeping my old review below so people can see the experience I had at this store previously, but I will be upgrading to 5 stars.

I rarely leave reviews on companies, but the service I had today was awful. I ordered multiple things, and my medium pizza was over cooked and burnt. I offered to give it back in full (minus one slice), just wanted a remake, but to be delivered.
Instead all I got was laughed at and hung up on by a member of management named “Micky”
His approach to the situation was so incredibly immature I can’t believe he is allowed to be in charge. Hopefully someone reviews this phone call and replaces him, I can only imagine what he’s said to other people that would be less polite. Phone call happened at 6:16pm 3/5/23“
