I order from this location regularly in the evenings and their delivery driver is the kindest person. Even when we have had issues with our order, they make it right. I’ve only ever had an issue when they were completely swamped and the delivery driver ran the missing item over when he got the chance.
Food: My brother was quite pleasedService: I hade a Free Medium Cheese Pizza coupon, so I decided to treat my brother while he was at work. When I arrived to pick up, but due to a computer error the pizza hadn't been made yet. Chevy, the employee on duty, apologized profusely and, five minutes later, I walked away with a pizza for my brother. Thanks so much to Chevy for outstanding and prompt service!Atmosphere: clean and well-lit pick-up operation

What is the point of ordering on the papa johns website if it is just going to be delivered by door dash? The least that could be done is notify the customer that it will be delivered by a third party. Then maybe I could do something about the cold poorly prepared food because as it currently stands the store blames door dash and vice versa and no resolution is reached for the customer at the end of the day, but I'm guessing that is by design.
