Ordered pizza from Papa John's through their website from this store, while staying at a hotel. This is how the delivery driver left it in the picture. No phone call or text just a picture from Door Dash who apparently does their deliveries. Was pretty late, the delivery driver left it for me to go on a wild goose chase locating, with a lot of people in the hotel bar, who knows if someone could of tampered with it. Unacceptable

I should’ve read the reviews before ordering, but I was just so excited to have the opportunity to have a Papa Johns nearby. There is a reason they are not even ranked three stars out of five. Absolutely the worst quality pizza from not only Papa John’s but any pizza chain. No consistency! Dry and overcooked. Sat in the delivery vehicle for far too long. we ordered two things of Oreo bites one order was round, and one order was long like mini breadsticks. obviously, no quality check involved in this.

I'm not going to say that customer service was horrible, but ordered 2 pizzas. I was told they were left in my cold entryway!!! friend gets down there to get them and somebody else had the pizzas in their hands. First of all, we are not eating them from being left in the entryway just two boxes no sack no nothing over them securing for safety. Secondly, the one looked horrible. My veggie pizza obviously didn't have double mushrooms no black olives but a few little pieces. I dissected it LOL I wish I would have taken pictures & lastly the box was lukewarm but the pizzas were cold by touch. We dumped them in the garbage chute. So called Papa John's & spoke to manager. He offered to make new pizzas I said no I've lost my appetite now & the pizza look disgusting. I explained everything to him & he agreed he would give a full refund. Looked at my account today and they only took off partial. So they were called, & said they weren't refunding it because we didn't take the offer for new pizzas. Even though I told them the manager the night before said he would give a full refund. Told him that even by touch the pizzas were cold he said there's no way the pizzas could be cold from 7:50 to 8:19 delivery LOL I told him anyway the main reason was they were left in an entryway and somebody already had them in their hands when my friend came down to get the pizzas he didn't care. Well sorry but just spoke to my bank and disputing the charge. Obviously after reading other reviews now I see getting cold pizzas is an issue and pizza is poorly made.

What is the point of ordering on the papa johns website if it is just going to be delivered by door dash? The least that could be done is notify the customer that it will be delivered by a third party. Then maybe I could do something about the cold poorly prepared food because as it currently stands the store blames door dash and vice versa and no resolution is reached for the customer at the end of the day, but I'm guessing that is by design.

Staying in Madison for a night and ordered a pizza and soda. They only delivered the pizza and not the soda. Apparently they don't have any?!? I called and they explained they have issues and they don't communicate at all when something is out. I wish I could give zero stars for service and it sucks to get a pizza with nothing to drink.
Took my order and it was wrong. They hardly understand you. Gave cheese instead of meaty. They refuse to send me another one. I don't recommend this papa Johns pizza. Go local. The delivery was cold also.

I order from this location regularly in the evenings and their delivery driver is the kindest person. Even when we have had issues with our order, they make it right. I’ve only ever had an issue when they were completely swamped and the delivery driver ran the missing item over when he got the chance.
