So great I had to share! I went in after a long day at work and ordered a bowl to go. I walked outside and it slipped out of my hands and all over the street. I was so frustrated and upset, but I went back inside to buy another bowl. I explained my situation and NOT ONLY did they give me a new bowl for free, BUT GAVE ME A RICE CRISPY TREAT TO CHEER ME UP!❤️ I’m not sure what the lady’s name was that helped me, but that was the best customer service I have ever had. 100%...read full review
Great food, welcoming clean atmosphere, fast service!
Very clean friendly atmosphere. Good selection of dish to choose from plus create your own. Had the Mango Tango. Very good.

Based on the reviews, FreshFin | Madison Downtown serves some of the best poke bowls. The service is spectacular and everything is clean and fresh. The portions are huge. The curry chicken and tuna poke bowl hits a perfect balance of bold and fresh. The firecracker bowl is very satisfying and quite delicious, though some might wish it was a touch more spicy. The food does not disappoint. The poke bowls are fresh and wonderfully displayed. It is the best food delivered in town. However, walking service for carryout can be slower than anticipated, and street parking has a 10-minute limit. The wonton chips and some other sides are not enough volume for their cost. The entrance is at-grade and up to code for wheelchair accessibility.
