I was addicted to Parthenon Gyros when I lived in Madison thirty years ago. It's now the standard by which I judge every other gyro I have tried across the country. Unfortunately none have matched Parthenon. It's not rose colored glasses because when I went back to Madison for my son's graduation, I had Parthenon again and they were as good as I remembered. When you start delivering to the East coast, I'll be first in line.
