Where else can you enjoy this level of service, atmosphere and discernment? Not sure but lemme know if you find out. If gen x existed objectively I think they would greatly enjoy the nostalgia. But my experience suggests otherwise. Just go and say please and thank you a lot.

Ordered what I think was called the deluxe grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato, cheese, bacon, mayo, on I believe, a brioche bun. I thought it was really tasty, tender and the right combo of ingredients.
Only issue was that our party was three couples who placed three consecutive orders....but all the orders were served at least :15 to :20 minutes apart. We ended up eating in groups of two....by the time the next order came to the table the other two were already finished eating 😅.
But everyone agreed that their food was good, and no food waste, if you know what I mean, yum!

One of my favorites, Pitcher's Pub has been a great neighborhood bar and Madison staple for decades. It has a ton of TVs which makes it great for watching sports. It's a large place, so you have room to spread out or meet a group without worry. The staff is very friendly and lots of fun. Known for their signature drink the Swamp Water, plus a ton of dart boards, foosball tables and pool tables! The food is quite good and they often feature daily specials. We usually get the cheese curds as they are excellent but recently discovered their chicken wings are outstanding! Trivia on Fridays and dart and pool leagues throughout the year. You can't miss. Great place to relax and watch the game or play some yourself.

Great neighborhood bar and grill with lots of great food options. I've been here a number of times and the first thing you notice is the size. It's a big place with lots of fun stuff - Pool, Darts, Foosball, Golden Tee. They have a large bar area too with a great selection of taps and bottles to choose from. The food is delicious. I usually get the burger with cheese curds. Both are amazing. The Chicken Club is one of my favorites too. Recently I tried their chicken wings and WOW - I didn't know what I was missing. Full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The staff is very friendly and lots of fun. Fantastic place to watch Sports too as they have lots of HUGE TVs. Great energy during Packer games. Ask about specials too as they often feature unique food and events.

We love to watch the Packer games here. They have a special for $7.50 for a cheeseburger and fries. The best bar burger in town.

On Saturday night, August 31st, my friend and I went out to play pool. I usually keep my ID in my own car, but that night I was using my dad's car and didn’t have my ID with me. As we approached the entrance, the security guard asked for my ID. I explained that I didn’t have it on me but offered to show a picture instead. He responded rudely, questioning, “Are you even 21?”
We spoke to another security guard who was more understanding and told us we could come back with my ID. So, I returned a bit later with my ID because playing pool is something I enjoy regularly. When I showed my ID to that first security guard, he claimed it was fake and insisted on keeping it. I told him I would call the police if he didn’t return it, which prompted him to give it back.
At that point, we decided it wasn't worth wasting more time there and chose to leave. We went to the "Brass Ring Bar " to finish our game instead. It was a really unpleasant experience with those security guards, and I hope they receive proper training

Stopped by for trivia last friday and had a blast! The drinks and food were wonderful and all of the staff were very friendly. The only complaint was that service was a bit slow, but it was definitely worth the wait!
