If you're in Madison, Wi you gotta visit The Delta Beer Lab!
It's a little bit out of the way but worth checking out. Good atmosphere and the beer is great. Most of the tables are high tops though and the food situation is a bit confusing if you're not a regular - it's not clear that you have to go get it yourself from the ovens behind a corner.
