I was in there yesterday evening (7/29/2022) with my husband and father around 7 pm. Our waitress made a few mistakes in our service. But what meant something to me is that she apologized. She could easily have avoided us. Management had already stepped in. But she didn’t. It took courage to come back to us and say she was sorry. I probably didn’t show it at the time, but I really appreciated that. It showed a great deal of poise and courage.
I wanted to love this place - 4 of us dined on Sunday night. The decor - beautiful. The menu - also seemingly wonderful. We got a little of everything. As a cornbread girl - I paid extra for a side of honey corn bread only to be disappointed with it being paired with a chive butter(?) or something else quite savory. The BBQ elements were fine. Not only is the food always great, the bus to Morgan Wallen was absolutely FLAWLESS! Great staff, great food, so happy to have them close to home.
