I ordered food through delivery due to being busy at work; and they messed up my order. I could've forgiven it if they took responsibility and took action to fix it, but they basically told me it's not their problem and brushed me off. NEVER going back and I WILL spread the word about this.
The food order was correct that's the only good thing, but the service was awful. I went through the drive-thru and it took them over 8 minutes to answer me and when they did they sounded very annoyed and were short with me, just terrible service.

I deleted the McDonald’s app after this experience.I have been a long time customer of McDonald’s. This experience was terrible.This took over 20 minutes. I had to go inside and show them my phone to get my to food. Btw I placed mobile order for pick up at stall 6. Don’t go here!Go scam another customer.
