A lot of swearing from in the back of house. Things being dropped. Took almost an hour for an order of wings. Customers being left outside door eventually leaving because nobody let them in. Orders be handed out to wrong customers.

Ordered a Pizza. Came late cold and not cooked properly. I received an email from a Pizza Hut Manager offering me a $20.00 credit. Tried to use it, and still wanted to charge me! Laughable. Don't order from this place, so many better options in the area.

Whoever is answering the phone to take the orders you can barely understand their English and they keep answering then asking delivery or carry out then putting me on hold and leaving me on hold then I’ve called back a couple times now they’re just hanging up

Its always a problem. This time, I got a pizza with almost zero sauce. I mean, if you were to spit on it, then let it dry, then bake it, that's the amount of sauce on it. Just color, it was literally cheese bread. Funny how when I custom tip $5-7 which is about 60% tip for my small solo orders, this never happens, then I click the basic 18% tip it happens everytime. Crazy, that if I don't pay your wages for you I receive a purposefully inferior product. What a joke. Guess that's what happens when you hire people based around Park St. Not a surprise, but that still doesn't make it right.

I would like to express my gratitude towards this Pizza Hut specifically! Brian is an awesome manager and a very kind gentleman. I have order from this location over 5 times and the staff was kind, and reassured my food would be fresh! It was indeed hot and delicious. One of the best locations I’ve ever visited! I’d also like to thank Brian for reassuring that I had the correct order. I literally drive quite a ways because this is one of the best fast locations I’ve ever visited. Thank you all!
I made an order around 11:40 and my order was estimated to be delivered around 12:10. I am aware that this location closes at 12 however I never got a phone call or was deterred from placing an order prior to their closing time. I’ve tried calling multiple times already this morning to get my refund and they refuse to answer. Hopefully customer support will be more helpful when they open at 1.

I ordered food from here on October 6 at 11:00 pm. and the got my food all wrong. We asked for meat lovers and cheese sticks and that is not what we got. We got pepperoni and cinnamon sticks. Like people at this place need to go back to school and learn how to read. This is so unacceptable. I would highly recommend having someone else work the night shift because obviously this is too much for them. Especially following simple rules. I would recommend people not to go at this location at all. Unless you want incompetent fools to mess up your simple order.

2nd online order in a row where ALL my food was correct - EXCEPT MY PIZZA! Correct receipt and everything. But a 100% incorrect pizza in the bag when delivered. Oh yeah, the first time, fast pick up on my call to get my pizza corrected- THIS time, it rings and rings and then gives a busy signal. Only time I can get through to talk to a person is to leave a message with the switchboard for ordering. RIDICULOUS! Look at my photo!! It is 100% the incorrect pizza. I don’t eat sausage on a pizza or onion or pepperoni on my pizzas. I never order this crust. I am SO DISAPPOINTED IN THIS STORE! And it is just recently. This store used to be so good.
