Too many dumb mistakes. Got over wrong and I had to wait for them to re do it.

When you order for delivery it is through door dash and that means your meal is double the price. I sent for delivery of 25 dollars meal and ended up paying 40. For a 6 dollar hot box and 6 Peace wing honey bbq 6-8 dollars. So an extra 15 went to door dash when yes I could have went down the street I used for convenience. And if convenient is 15 dollars more . Then I can just drive my car at this point.

It’s Pizza Hut. You’re not going for amazing pizza, you’re going because you’re hungry and don’t want to cook.
Great deal on a large 3-topping, it was made quickly (and honestly is surprisingly good?), and the employees are super friendly and chill. Legit was in and out of the place with a fresh pizza in hand in like 10-12 minutes. Probably the second best Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to other than the one I used to go to in the 90s to get a free pizza from reading enough books for Book It.

We’ve been ordering from this location for two years without any issues until a couple days ago… We ordered a pizza and bread sticks like usual, the bread sticks were perfect, but the pizza was HORRIBLE! Barley any sauce and the crust was doughy, not cooked correctly, not to mention how damn greasy it was… I called and the manager was very professional and offered to remake the pizza, we got the second pizza and the manager must have thrown in garlic chicken bites like we’ve gotten before, the chicken was perfect, but YET AGAIN, the crust was doughy and not cooked properly, also it was very greasy and barley any sauce… That’s now TWO pizzas that are not even edible… He again said we have a $25 credit after I told him we will no longer be ordering from this location… I have no idea what’s going on there, but you would think after they had to remake the first pizza, they would make sure the second one was cooked correctly…. We’ve never had issues with their pizza before, so not sure what’s going on… Something as simple as cooking a pizza correctly…. A massive pizza chain should not have issues with something like this, it’s ridiculous, DO BETTER!

The pizza was great, and We asked for 14 slices of pizza . There were only 8 pizzas in the box, and I also dont really like how they gave us a key to the bathroom and unlocked it. But the workers there were nice.

OK, have to admit. I have had a very mixed experience with this Pizza Hut but this purchase needs to be documented and the pizzaiolo deserves a big kudos! Bought a heck of a bargain. A large with 3 topping carryout for only $11. I asked for extra sauce cuz I really like their sauce. What I got was what I asked for and much more. It was done perfectly! Noticeable ingredients! Amazing! Thanks much folks. Hope someone there reads this.

A lot of swearing from in the back of house. Things being dropped. Took almost an hour for an order of wings. Customers being left outside door eventually leaving because nobody let them in. Orders be handed out to wrong customers.

Ordered a Pizza. Came late cold and not cooked properly. I received an email from a Pizza Hut Manager offering me a $20.00 credit. Tried to use it, and still wanted to charge me! Laughable. Don't order from this place, so many better options in the area.
Whoever is answering the phone to take the orders you can barely understand their English and they keep answering then asking delivery or carry out then putting me on hold and leaving me on hold then I’ve called back a couple times now they’re just hanging up

Its always a problem. This time, I got a pizza with almost zero sauce. I mean, if you were to spit on it, then let it dry, then bake it, that's the amount of sauce on it. Just color, it was literally cheese bread. Funny how when I custom tip $5-7 which is about 60% tip for my small solo orders, this never happens, then I click the basic 18% tip it happens everytime. Crazy, that if I don't pay your wages for you I receive a purposefully inferior product. What a joke. Guess that's what happens when you hire people based around Park St. Not a surprise, but that still doesn't make it right.
