Extremely rude and disrespectful management.. Nick from Mineral point road location in Madison is horrible... my nephew asked for some plates and this man swore and flipped him off over it. just horrible customer service
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Manager very rude as well. I had an order that was completely burnt & screwed up was offered credit for replacement meal, called back very next day and manager tried to make me pay $10 for other items in order to get my meal that was SCREWED up the night before for free. Was on the phone for 25 min and no resolution! I cannot wait to contact corporate and the people above
We are lucky to get the same waitress often. Tricia is wonderful and always makes our visit the best she can. She is super personable and treats us like family. Our daughter adores her!
