We ordered a large 3 topping pizza and Cinnabon rolls tonight from the Pizza Hut on Northport Dr., Madison. Been quite a long time since we live in Waunakee now. The employee was super nice, the order was correct and done on time, but it didn't impress at all. The pizza was not baked long enough unfortunately so it was disappointing. Even more so disappointing were the Cinnabon Rolls. For $6.99, they were nothing more than what I could have bought at a grocery store, in...

Thank you to the nice young person who handled my order today (the day before Halloween). She was all alone and super busy! I was on hold for awhile so I drove to store to place order. The worker was really sweet, calm, cool, and collected for being alone and super busy at 2:30 p.m. on a Wednesday! Thank you Pizza Hut person for making it happen!

Our order has been wrong the last 3 times we've ordered. At least one item each time. This past time we built a BBQ chicken order and you left off the BBQ and used pizza sauce. Pretty disappointing.
