I don't usually review fast food places, but I'm making an exception today to post a disappointing experience at thus PH. I walked in and ordered at 6:13 and was told it would be 15 to 20 minutes. As there are only two chairs in the waiting area, I want for a walk and returned about 6:30. At 6:35 an apologetic counter person told me it was taking longer than anticipated because they were training new cooking staff. It would be another 10 to 15 minutes. Having already...

I order pickup from this Pizza Hut occasionally, it is reliably good pizza. The last 2 times I have stopped, the people at the pick-up window were very nice, and the pizza was spot on. I am a fan of their crust, especially the pan style. They also have a drive-thru pick-up window.

I ordered online at 7:32. Almost 1 hour and 20 minutes later I get my order. Lukewarm at best. Fries are not good 'lukewarm'. Fish was lukewarm as well but still crunchy. If I wanted to waste my time I would call and ask for compensation, instead I'll order from somewhere else.
