this pizza hut is absolute joke of a business.
placed a future order for 5:30pm AT 3:20pm
received the text that my order is on the road @5pm. 6pm and no pizza and no phone call. I called and they said it would be 15 minutes and that they're busy. (okay fair enough)
6:30pm and still no pizza. called again to cancel my order and dude on the phone just randomly puts the phone down and goes and does whatever for 10 minutes.

I placed my order at 8:58 pm and was told my ETA was 85 to 95 minutes. Two hours after placing my order we tried calling this store numerous times to no avail. It’s as if the phone is disconnected. We somehow got connected to a member, not at the store, who told us the order was cancelled almost immediately after placing the order. No email to me stating it was cancelled. No phone call.
