I placed an order through the Popeyes app, but it was picked up and delivered by Doordash. We received a completely different order and it was cold. Took it back to Popeyes and they tried gaslighting us saying we ordered through Doordash and it's their fault! I even showed screenshots and the order history from the Popeys app, but the manager refused to look at it and walked away into the back of the restaurant.
POPEYES IS THE BEST! Hands down best chicken sandwich. The workers are jamming out to the jazz bumping. Everyone in this joint is having a great time employees and customers.
Ordered classic fish, got home... both spicy. Not to mention the fries were all dumped into the bottom of the bag and squished.
Disgusting. This is people's food and they treat it it with no respect.
