I had the Cubano and a shake, and my wife had the Mediterranean. We both enjoyed our food, and the window seat on State Street. The person who made our sandwiches went out of his way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted.

This has become my go to sandwich shop recently. I really like their bread and ingredients, it's a little pricier than other sandwich shops but it shows here. Staff are nice and quick, restaurant is pretty clean

I love Potbelly's Mediterranean sandwich, and the sandwich I got on 5/31/25 was exactly as I remember it with one exception. I don't remember the hummus being spicy the last time I had it, but I really enjoyed the spicy hummus! The two people working yesterday were very nice and made everything quickly. The location of this shop is perfect to hit up after the farmers market on Saturday. It fits very well into the whole State Street vibe. Potbelly offers decent food at...
