Very affordable and quick. Food is alright, and the honey chicken is all breading and no chicken. The rest of the food is alright and typical for American Chinese. Worth it for a quick lunch between classes.

One of the best food places in Madison. For a cheap price you get a very big portion of food. My personal favorites are the Bar-B-Q Chicken, General Tso Chicken, Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs, and Braised Pork with Preserved Vegetables. Thank you QQ Express for accompanying me throughout university 🙏

The best place to eat if you are broke and you need some protein and calories intake. It gets slightly greasy as you eat it, but you’ll get the random craving time to time. QQ saved me from this economy 🐼🐼

I will give them the benefit of the doubt and say it is winter break at 4 in the evening. But that is all.
Guys. It was really bad. Like I’m in tears with how frustrated and disappointed I am. I came here because the reviews said it is good but idk. I did try the chicken before getting it and trying it definitely tasted different than when you have it all together. I think a lot of it is because it had been sitting out but I also just don’t think the sauce is good. And the chicken tasted freezer burnt for the honey chicken. It was just overall a bad experience.
I asked for a refund because I just didn’t enjoy it at all and I didn’t eat it and the lady said that since I tried the meats before she wouldn’t give me a refund which is fine and fair. I didn’t argue. But I did waste $15 that I really already didn’t have here and it just sucks because it’s not like I can just go get food somewhere else. Very upsetting.
Maybe if it’s during a busy time when the food is fresh it might taste better but it was not good at all today.

affordable, delicious, never disappoints
This was my dopamine and antidepressant. Whenever I'm sad, QQ is there for me.
However, after eating there from time to time, I recommend only going during lunch or dinner time (especially lunch) on weekdays of the school calendar year. That is when they have the good stuff. Otherwise, it's not that great.

Restaurantji Recommends
QQ Express, I would like to call it God Q.
There are lots of non-Chinese customers, so I guess the flavor is good for them.
QQ express, I prefer to call it Q God.
The portions are large and delicious, but be careful to avoid the American-style chicken. It's not an exaggeration to say it's a canteen.
The aunt and young lady serving food are very nice. Especially auntie, when I came here for the first time, her big smile directly put away my worries and enthusiastically recommended dishes to me.

I was looking for some fast food Chinese food today and found reviews of this restaurant in the area. I read reviews of peanut butter chicken and generous portions and figured what do I have to lose. Both of these were on point descriptions. Not the highest quality meat but what one could expect in a college basement restaurant. The staff was nice and actually shared a recommendation/opinion which I appreciated. The price was higher than what I expected but likely more in line with inflation. Parking is essentially nonexistent but I suspect most customers come from campus. There is some loading parking on lorch st where about two cars may be able to fit/stop. I would go there again…
Parking: There is a cross st called lorch st where you may be able to stop in a loading zone. Not sure if this is allowed…

Best bang for your buck in madison. Easy two meals for 11 bucks. Or one if you're hungry. So coming back every time I'm here.

This is one of those hard-to-find cheap-feast places that every big college has. Hard to find! Cheap! Huge amount of food! It's not the best food or decor, the tables aren't super clean, and it's counter service. But go!
