3 stars because food is really good, employees were fine, and wait times werent too bad, but please better staff your store. 4 out of the 5 times I tried to come here, they were closed, and the hours are weird. Sometimes closes out of nowhere. Shame because its the only one in the area. Next closest is Grafton
Only 4 stars because it's in a gas station, but the gas station attendants are also nice.

I really like the chicken carbonara. Wish there were more Quiznos around. This location is a little bit out of my way, but will definitley stop by again.
inattentive, ignored me for 10 minutes just to be told they’re out of cheese. but what can i expect from a gas station quizno’s?
This is the worst quiznos ever! Too bad this is the only one in Madison. Cashier was rude and refused to serve me after I politely requested that he wash his hands before preparing my food! Bring back the other quiznos because this one is horrible!

It's an extremely slow business. I have never seen people working so slowly. They do a job that would take 2 minutes to complete in 15 minutes.

Works 24 hours, very good service, you get food and variety
Staff was friendly. It was a bit slow. Food wasn’t how I remembered it. We drove out of the way to here while on our road trip. It was nice to take our food to a nearby park to eat though.Seating isn’t ideal. There are 4 barstools but it’s right inside of a small gas station so it’s just not really a dine in place even for a sub shop.
Vegetarian options: You choose your food so if you’re vegetarian, you’re good to go. Plenty of veggies to pick from.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of choices for kids
Parking: It’s a gas station so parking is typical for a gas station
Wheelchair accessibility: It’s ground floor. Gas station is a bit small to navigate a wheelchair comfortably, I’d assume. Maybe someone could help? Door doesn’t have an auto open button so they’ll need help with the door and their food.
Dietary restrictions: You can choose what goes on your food so if you have restrictions, this is great.

More meat!!
I went there on saturday and had a great experience (which is why I didn't give a one star rating). The worker was very kind and efficient. Because he was so kind and my sandwich was delicious, I decided to go back on tuesday. I was told that I could not get a kid's meal because they are only for kid's. This man had no idea who the sandwich was for or if I was taking it home for my nephew or anything. I got a kids meal on that saturday and had no issues. They need to have their employees on the same page if they are going to really enforce this rule. Honestly, I don't see why they are so up tight about ages with kid's meals. It was the perfect size for how hungry I was. This was the exact reason I choose to go there. They lost my business that day. When I order a kid's meal, I clearly don't want a lot of food, and I am not about to get a whole sandwich that would be wasted. I hope they consider changing this "rule."
Service and food were great
