chicken fingers small for the price. 2 women behind the counter completely ignoring my complaint when I came up to the counter regarding another issue. You have to pay 40 cents for additional cup of sauce even though you paid $12 for a 4 piece meal. :(

No ice. When I mentioned it to the employee she just looked at me and walked the other way. They had some guy going around asking how everything was going and then prompting us to take the survey on the receipt. I mentioned the ice but he just continued on about the survey. He didn't fill the ice nor did he tell anyone about it. Pointless. The interior of the restaurant was fine.

We were only in Madison for a day so when I found a Raising Canes on Google maps not far from our hotel I HAD to make the trip in the middle of the night after our concert show. We got there just after midnight (Tuesday into Wednesday 6/17-6/18), and while I understood that they were nearing closing time, the area was crawling with people outside and also coming in and out of the restaurant (even in the rain).
