Second time to visit within a month. Again, like last time, the service was amazing and the ambiance was wonderful, intimate and quiet. Perfection. My steak had to be sent back to be fully cooked. This problem happened last time too. While they were very apologetic and resolved the issue with a refire of the meat (steak) I find it VERY challenging to be a top notch steak house and not know how to reliably cook the selected meat to a consistent and accurate temp. Our server Ryan was fantastic and explained everything to our party members that had never been to Rare before. We were seated in a private room which made the noise levels incredibly low, it was wonderful!
The steak was the best our whole table ever had. Simply marvelous flavor. We ordered the blue cheese dip but we loved the flavor so much we didn't want to use it. Service was impeccable. It's expensive, but worth it for a splurge event IMO. Only downside was we had a noisy table of college frat boys next to us. They weren't obnoxious but a bit loud at times.
