Stopped in for takeout. Ordered 2 slices and bread sticks. Food tasted great, no wait, arrived shortly after they opened. I always stop in when visiting family. Staff was nice, plenty of seating and the salad bar looked fresh.
I come in there for my lunch break almost everyday, I love the people who work there, I love the restaurant itself, and for the longest time the food was always great. But in the last few weeks, the food has taken a downward spiral. The fries aren't crunchy anymore, and they seem completely different than before, I couldn't even finish eating them because I thought they were so bad and it sucked because I used to LOVE these fries, the breadsticks were almost inedible...
Rocky rococo made a long lasting impression. When I called to place the order, staff was very attentive to my needs. I requested a vegan option and they were more than happy to make it happen! I had a timely delivery the day of, an overall great customer service experience and to say the least, the pizza was AMAAAAAZING ! Thank you so much and keep up the great work!
