It's a real hole-in-the-wall kind of place. The floors are disgusting, do they even clean them? Either way, I only come for Latin dance night which is a lot of fun. Despite the disgusting floors, there is a lot of space for dancing. And great air conditioning systems too, surprisingly, which is great for when it gets hot in the summer. Bartenders are super friendly and helpful too.

Went there for the first time ever last night! It was so much fun! I did get licked on the face by a random stranger even when I tried to back away, but security was super good and got that creep outta there super quick. And the bartenders were so nice and friendly. Other than the creep the vibes were amazing! So much fun. Only other thing is that the floors were hella sticky.

Met my boyfriend here at the Capitol Social Latin nights (Wednesdays) and the dance community is beautiful, so I’m very biased and go here often on Wednesdays. Thursday Reggaeton nights are where it gets crazy, lots of undergrads. The floors are never fully clean and the ceiling has some leaks, but the staff are very friendly and the drinks are reasonable.

I loved the habiente on Latin Friday, the mix of music was super good, and the place was quite spacious. Admission was free, but the beer did seem a bit expensive compared to other clubs. Likewise, I really liked the place and the people. *There is no parking, but there are public parking lots nearby.

My friend was on a visit and we decided to give it a try, everyone was super nice specially Luke at the bar, he was so fun and had great dance moves and was so welcoming and we appreciated his service! We will definitely be coming back
I usually love Sotto and have a great time, but I went the other night and the music was so so loud, to the point where I think I legitimately got hearing damage. I’ve never been to a club where this has been an issue — if they’re going to have the music at that level they should at least offer ear plugs because it is 100% not worth having ringing in your ears for the next few days. That being said, service is always great at Sotto, love the bartenders!!

Last Thursday, my friends and I went for Noche Latina and the ambiance was lit and the music was on point. The DJ played reggaeton, salsa, bachata and cumbia. The price of the ticket was $5 but it was a long line.

I've been here twice in the last several months, and both times were serious let downs. The place itself is a pretty cool vibe, I could do without the smoke, but the music was pretty bad. Over extended mid beat drops that were only danceable if you were really drunk or desperate to dance like I was. Most of the night, you'd look around, and everyone was standing around waiting for something good or recognizeable to play. Not an enjoyable time. I hope they get a new DJ, I'd maybe give it one more shot.
