Fantastic Starbucks location. It is conveniently located within 2 blocks of Capitol Square and is attached to the adjacent hotel lounge area.The location is very spacious with plenty of seating and a large window. The store is very clean and the staff are excellent.I ordered a Paradise Drink but they ran out of pineapple bits. They asked if I would like dragon fruit or strawberries in it. It was so kind of them to still give me some dried fruit with the drink.The dragon fruit was scrumptious when paired with the pineapple and oatmilk mixture.

I stayed in Madison long-term at the attached hotel, and me & my dog would go into this Starbucks almost every day! The staff was amazing -- especially Quinn & Austin!! They always had a pup cup waiting for my dog. It was so sweet & made our stay so enjoyable :)

Friendly staff! Great location for hotel guests as it’s basically in the elevator. A long enough arm you can reach the elevator =O

The only negative here is the demanding teenage twerps who are hotel guests that take over the space and demand services beyond what a coffee barista should give. Get off your mamma's teet and get a job! Oh, and tip your baristas!
