I’ve ordered from this Starbucks three times. The first time my order was correct, but the last two times it hasn’t been. I’m not ordering anything complicated. It is a Venti sugar free protein vanilla latte. Since I’m ordering through Uber, I have to hit a minimum, so I add the cranberry bliss bar for my kid and a sandwich.

Both times, I only received the drink and nothing else. The first time I figured maybe they were out and just got a refund. They also really need better drink carriers because covering the cup with a sticker does nothing and the drink always spills.

The third order was the same issue. No cranberry bliss bar and no sandwich. This was a week later. On top of that, the drink was not even sugar free. I can’t tolerate liquid sugar, and if I have too much I get sick. I’ve had Starbucks sugar free items before with zero problems, so I knew right away something was off. I did not even get halfway through it before I felt awful and had to lay down to sleep it off.

I do not enjoy leaving negative reviews, and I know this location is very busy. I am giving three stars because I want to give them some grace.

This location is just too busy and disorganized for me to keep trying. I will stick to the Stoughton Rd Starbucks from now on. They always get my order right.

I have stopped coming to the Starbucks a few months ago after I had the rudest experience with a guy through the drive-thru. I decided to give this location One More shot. No surprise the service sucked!! The same young kid that took my order last time was the same young kid this time. I said thank you and goodbye and he just turned his head. These young kids don't understand how to be courteous. I hope they find him a better position instead of keeping them by the window because he has not friendly at all. I would say that I would go back and get his name but I'll never go back to that location again.

Always a fantastic spot to stop for drinks. This Starbucks location has very convenient hours and is open later than most Starbucks locations in the area.

The baristas consistently craft quality drinks in an efficient amount of time.

This location has the tiered drink tower for pick up which makes finding your drink much easier.

This is a perfect location to do work or study; they have a great cafe area that is open and clean.

This location has clean bathrooms for patrons.

There is plenty of free parking in their parking lot.

Came in with id say a normal amount of people going in and out, i ordered two cake pops and a large frappe, they gave me one cake pop, and my frappe had all the Caramel at the side of my cup. Other than that the one cake pop did taste good and the ladies working were very kind.

Same coffee as any other Starbucks. Good parkings.

There was no toilet paper in one restroom. That why I lowered the level of service from a 4 to a 3.
The music was a little too loud if you want to talk… Nice selection of songs but too loud…

Every time I place an order at this store, they manage to get it wrong. They don’t make any drink of mine according to the recipe in the app, most recently a tea. I ordered a grande Honey Citrus Mint Tea and was only given one tea bag instead of two, which made it taste watery. Not the first time something like this has happened, they also frequently forget the whipped cream on my Caramel Brulee latte.
