Megan was super rude to me when i was simply ordering my drink in the cafe. I have never been more appalled considering I work at a different starbucks. Would not go back to this one.

Judith the barista treated me like absolute trash in the drive through. I had a terrible morning and I accidentally drove past the speaker when I came to pick up my mobile order. I was tired, and it was a mistake. I quickly apologized to the barista who greeted me at the window, and he immediately laughed and said “it’s okay!” When he turned to get my drinks, Judith, came up to the window and rudely said, “You need to stop at the speaker. It doesn’t matter if you have a mobile order!” And quickly turned away, not even acknowledging me or letting me say it was an accident. I had a rough morning already and was treated like trash upon stopping at my favorite coffee place. She came back to the window, I was in tears and asked for her name, to which she replied, “I don’t need to give you my name. You can call my manager.” I told her to give me my drinks and keep her mouth closed during interactions she isn’t apart of. She slammed the window shut, and refused to give me my food or drinks. I sat for 3 minutes in the drive through, with people behind us, until a blonde barista let me tell her what happened, made us our drinks, apologized for her coworker’s behavior and gave us gift cards. Judith needs training on how to be kind. People make mistakes. I will be calling into report this further as well.

Good and they work really quick and still make alot if good foods. Drinks do take a bit longer since there are more drink then food orders ? but it’s a given it’s just a good place to have something worth

Went through the drive through and sat waiting for someone to answer. No response. Pulled up to the drive thru window to try and order and saw someone who quickly walked away. Knocked on the window a few times to see what was going on no response. All of a sudden the lights switched off. If they were closing they could’ve at least said something, I Drove by later and the lights were in and people were inside. Terrible service.
Drink was only half full for the size I ordered. Shrinkflation or inconsistent quality? Not recommending this

This location has their hours posted that they close at 7:30. We arrived at 6:30 in hopes of receiving our free holiday cups but they were already closed and left the phone on a busy signal. State street location was also closed today.

they mess up my drink everytime, do not repeat what i order back to me. i’ve worked in starbucks in the past and repeating the order back to the customer is so much more helpful for customers incase you mis hear. especially since this loaction doesn’t have the screen in the drive thru. they suck and ruin my mood and i hate this starbucks
