I ordered a grande iced shaken espresso. What I got..... A venti ice shaken espresso. It had 6 pumps of white chocolate and oatmilk? Since when?

I’ve been here a few times and usually ordered a cappuccino, but it never seemed quite right, so I switched to lattes. One day I decided to try a cappuccino again and asked for extra foam. The barista started scooping foam into the cup, but then a tall guy, maybe a manager, I’m not totally sure, stepped in and said they don’t add foam that way to cappuccinos.
