I pulled out my phone to use my Starbucks app and I was told I can’t use it here to get my points since it is not a corporate store. I have never had this issue at the Target in Sun Prairie. Additionally, as I was paying for my order the girl at the front that took my order immidately took out her phone and sat scrolling while the line behind me waited for her to finally look up and see there was in fact a line. Wonderful and friendly staff here and a great place to kick up your feet and relax. Cozy atmosphere and love the remodeled look! Didn’t catch the name of the barista working today (9/26/22) but this person was had exceptional customer service - very nice and polite, commented on my ring, made me feel welcome, liked, appreciated. As an ex-retail manager myself, I could tell this person was a truest genuine person and hard worker. Those are hard to come by these days. I hope Starbucks...read full review

I have had the most positive experience I’ve ever had while at a Starbucks or interaction with a staff member in general. A barista named Jen helped us and not only made our order perfectly, but was genuinely the sweetest person and made our experience and day!
