I have had the most positive experience I’ve ever had while at a Starbucks or interaction with a staff member in general. A barista named Jen helped us and not only made our order perfectly, but was genuinely the sweetest person and made our experience and day!
Wonderful and friendly staff here and a great place to kick up your feet and relax. Cozy atmosphere and love the remodeled look! Didn’t catch the name of the barista working today (9/26/22) but this person was had exceptional customer service - very nice and polite, commented on my ring, made me feel welcome, liked, appreciated. As an ex-retail manager myself, I could tell this person was a truest genuine person and hard worker. Those are hard to come by these days. I hope Starbucks...
