My wife went there 10 minutes before closing time and was told their machines were already cleaned and closed for the night so in their words out of order and could not get the drinks they requested. Generally, in my experience once you are closed, you begin your closing duties not start them early so that you can inconvenience consumers.

Workers are incompetent and rude. Ruined my birthday morning. As a former Starbucks employee I recommend avoiding licensed outshoots like this (Target, grocery stores) but it was the closest one nearby.

Ordered impossible sandwich and they gave us meat. Ordered pumpkin bread and they failed to even remove it from the plastic wrapper that it comes in from the factory, let alone heat it up. Poor training/qc, bad experience.

I had outstanding service from Zari! She took so much care to customize our drinks, and she told me the most economical way to do it. We had a rough day, and she lifted us up and called me "Sunshine." Then I tried to tip her and she wouldn't accept it because she is a team lead. She is AWESOME. Thanks for turning our day around.

A lot of their staff/barista's are dropping the high expectations people get when they order the highly awesome expected cup of coffee and other drinks. Watering down drinks is noticeable and not a good look for the premium coffee standards Starbuck stands for!
PS I had a batista forget to put the coffee in my mocha latter! Really?

Need more than one person making counter drinks and pick up orders... had to wait 10 minutes before our drinks were started because he was making pick up orders....

I hate it. It said it was open then I came here and saw they lied it was closed! Online it said they were open for another hour. Nowhere did it say it was closed. No sign on the door, nothing.
We ordered three drinks. All tasted like she made them with incorrect syrups and no coffee. Barista asked all kinds of weird questions that had no relation to coffee drinks. Had to throw away $20 worth of drinks. Go to a Starbucks that has actual baristas and not target
