I’ve been coming to State Line for years and didn’t know you could plan a tour- it was amazing! Planned ahead for family in town and had the best time. Informative and tasty. Plus walked around with the BEST cocktails. 10/10 recommend.

State Line makes excellent cocktails with a large variety of classic and signature cocktails for a variety of palettes. They also have some other drinks for non-cocktail drinkers.
Their American Single Malt is truly excellent! Complex but very approachable.
There's plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors.

We did our wedding reception at State Line and cannot say enough about how good of an experience was. Shelby was amazing with all of our questions and helping create the night of our dreams. The space was perfect for our DJ, dance floor, and catering out front. The drinks and staff were incredible all night. If you’re looking for a spot, this is it.

Super disappointed! A beer and one cocktail were $30 before tip. We had a Working Draft beer & an Espresso Martini. The beer was almost room temperature. The espresso beans in the martini were super chewy and obviously stale. Not impressed for $30.

We held a birthday party at State Line Distillery on short notice due to weather concerns with the outdoor venue that was planned. They were exceptionally welcoming and extremely accommodating. So many guests commented on what a great space State Line offers—both inside and outside. Not to mention the delicious high-quality drinks and friendly, helpful staff. High praise and top recommendations for this local gem. 💜

Amazing Tour and Tasting - I’ve been a long time fan and customer of Stateline. Their cocktails are some of the best I’ve had anywhere and there is a good reason their coffee liquor has so many awards. 2 weeks ago I went with a group of friends for the tour and tasting. John was absolutely fantastic! Sharing his personal stories and his passion with us while also explaining the history and science behind what they do. It was a great time that I absolutely recommend.
We recently hosted a small corporate outing at State Line Distillery and it exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, the experience was seamless thanks to their incredibly knowledgeable and professional staff.
The owner walked us through the distilling process with genuine enthusiasm and expertise, answering questions and making the tour both educational and engaging. During the tasting each spirit has its own unique story and the staff's passions really shone through.
The highlight of our day was the cocktail making class. Those in attendance learned so much about quality ingredients and how they work together to make a truly enjoyable drink.
The venue was welcoming and arranged well for both big groups and small to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. I can't compliment the staff enough, its quite clear they take pride in what they do.
I highly recommend State Line Distillery for group outs- you'll leave with a new appreciate for craft spirits and exceptional hospitality.

I went on a tour of the distillery through work and it was so much fun! I had never been to a distillery before so I was certainly glad to have gone to this one! I was able to get myself a nice hot chocolate spiked with a little something special if you get my drift. I mean, it is a distillery after all, don't judge me! It was super yummy with a huge marshmallow on top and I finished it all on my own. Helped keep me warm on that brisk day.

I took a tour on Friday night with my UW graduating son and some of his friends....had never been to the place before. Great vibe, nice patio area for warm days (this night was not), dog friendly, plenty of bartenders on, etc. John, the owner, led the tour and did a fantastic job in his delivery, knowledgeable but funny at the same time. Tried 4 spirits at the end of the tour in a separate tasting room. And a side note, I was going to buy some bottles to take home, which by law they have to sell before 9 pm. Unprovoked, a bartender came and interrupted the tour 10 min to 9 to see if anyone wanted any (at a 10% discount, too)....felt that was top notch awareness, as they normally don't have tours that late, I don't think.

We had four different cocktails and they were all great! It was busy on a Saturday night, but we were able to find spots at the bar and didn’t even realize there was a back room with shuffle board until we were heading out! We’ll definitely be back for more weekend date nights and visits with friends. Cool spot tucked away from the buzz of downtown.

I stumbled upon State Line Distillery on a freezing December evening. Parking is a little tricky as it is off the beaten path and does not have a lot. Once inside, it was warm and I really liked the cozy atmosphere. They have a wide variety of inventive cocktails. I relaxed on a couch in the corner with my wife and enjoyed several. I definitely recommend this place for a relaxing evening.
