Repeated order issues at this location, including missing ingredients and sandwiches not toasted as requested. Tonight was yet another mistake. Occasional errors are understandable, but constant problems are not — especially with today’s food prices. I will not be ordering from Subway or this location again.

First of all I don't do this But today I decided It's about time I say something....I ordered a sub meal with 12 cookies 6 chocolate and 6 oatmeal They came all in 1 container Not a big deal But after eating I am watching a movie and grab a cookie take a bite and felt Hard piece I'm thinking maybe A chunk of chocolate I turn the light on and See I am Eat a White macdamian nut cookies and I'm allergic to nuts!!!!!!!! In the box is 4 oatmeal raisin 2 nut Cookies and the rest chocolate......What Is really going on Nuts are the most common allergy So why would you not reach out to me or tell me that When I called you about my order before even making my order????? This is unacceptable I just paid 29 dollars After delivery and tip...I need answers & My refund immediately..

Very few tables at all. Didn't love that the only table not in the sun was in the middle of an otherwise wide open area between the counter, drinks, and door.

The food was amazing, and Tanya was the best, she was patient with our food, she grabbed pickles by accident, but she saw her mistake before she put them on the sandwich, she was kind and polite the whole time we were here, 100% recommended

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Never pick up the phone, horrible customer service. I got charged and they never even made my pick up order. Won’t pick up the phone after 10+ times calling.

There was a problem with two sandwiches My partner picked up and we could not reach anybody by phone. I came back in the next day still unable to reach anyone by phone however, Arrsun, The guy working there all by himself made me a new sandwich and it was so good when I brought it back I split it with my partner. In fact it was actually so good week We came back and got another sandwich and had another 6 in a piece. This place is way better than the one on Monona drive that's for darn sure. I want to thank the guy working for being so polite and taking care of me without hesitation.
He's all here by himself where Monona drive location has multiple people and they can't even make a sandwich right there or be polite he had this guy's working his butt off by himself and being very charming and polite at the same time. We need more of these guys working and I hope his regional manager knows this guy is definitely management material if he isn't already!
This place doesn’t accept any coupons that we get weekly. Why support them when they won’t support us? Drive 5mins down the road to the other subway and they will gladly take care of you and save money!

I went there at 8.35 on monday and they said "actually we're closed" and the store supposed to close at 9 pm. I only wanted a sandwich for me that was a waste of time.

This store does not accept Subway's own nationally-distributed coupons. If you're going to be a Subway franchise, you ought to accept coupons distributed by the franchise management. I'll never return to this store.
