This store does not accept Subway's own nationally-distributed coupons. If you're going to be a Subway franchise, you ought to accept coupons distributed by the franchise management. I'll never return to this store.

DOES NOT ACCEPT COUPONS!The sign isn't posted on the door, it's posted in the ordering area where you aren't likely to notice until after you've started ordering. Literally the only reason to go to subway, and this location apparently doesn't accept the coupons that they spam people's mailbox with. Greed-flation at work!

This Subway is consistently slow, poorly constructed sandwiches, and this franchise owner does not accept coupons. I didn't try to use coupons, but they have a large sign once you get to the counter explaining that. People should know that before visiting.

the two main guys who are there always are really nice and fast with the food. the only reason it's not 5 stars is the owner chooses to not accept coupons, if they did I would come and spend more money.

The Subway on Phlaum Rd in Madison is awful. Girl did not speak English, the lettuce was reddish brown and no one replaced it with fresh after me telling both workers and manager (woman).The manager also notified me that they do not accept coupons at that store, what the heck. No wonder why it's always empty, very rude attitude. Very little meat and stingy with the veggies. Had I known that they didn't except coupons, I wouldn't have even gone there, over $11 for a footling club (all bread) ridiculous. I'm so done with Subway all together, too many other good sub places to eat at!

Come here almost every week. Be careful when picking up online orders, especially when ordering cookies. Last couple times I ordered chocolate chip and they replaced it with double chocolate without letting me know. I also had to ask for my drink when it wasn't in the bag at pickup.

Be careful when you order online here. I have been going there for 6 months ordering the same thing over and over. Today I placed the order online. Staff recognized me when I went into the store. Once I got back to work, I realized I only got a portion of what I normally order (say about 30%). I called.To make a long story short, the person I spoke to said that she looked at the camera and the order was prepared as requested. She blamed the ordering system, that maybe I didn't click hard enough on the panes.It is possible the problem was the online system, but as a repeat customer who goes there at least once a week and at most 3 times a week, she could have offered something KNOWING THE ORDER WAS WRONG. She herself has prepared my sandwich many times. She did apologize, though, but I did not feel (subjectively, of course), it was a sincere apology. It felt more like an apology you give to someone who you think is trying to cheat you out of money.
