I ordered online, but the order was cancelled for no reason. I was in the shop and was told to check the email. The cancellation email was sent 10 mins after I placed my order. Don't order online during their busy noon time.

I went here last week and had an online pickup. They got everything right except for two items were missing from the order. I tried calling and nobody would answer. I will give them a go soon and see if it's better the next time

I visit this Subway location almost weekly because of its convenient location on the west side of campus and its reliability. I always order online so all I have to do is stop in and pick up my sub, and they always have my order ready on time, on the pick up shelf. The quality is pretty consistent and I'm usually very satisfied. I docked one star because I've had a few sandwiches with a disappointing quantity of meat, but it really depends on who makes your sandwich. Their bread is always fresh and delicious, and the rest of the ingredients always taste pretty fresh as well. I've tried a variety of subs off of their menu and I have yet to find one that I dislike. As a student, I usually take advantage of the promotions that offer, and I really appreciate that they offer discounts. The sub I ordered today was a simple roast beef sandwich with provolone on their Italian herb and cheese bread (my absolute favorite bread at any sub sandwich chain). As the picture shows, this sandwich was a little light on the meat, but the bread was so fresh that it made up for it. Skip the lines and order online and you will not be disappointed!
