Some of the best food in town! We love the garlic naan, and always have at least one dish that blows us away. Friendly staff and great flavors. Would recommend to anyone in town!
Delicious food! everything was great
Did the tasting menu and it was delicious! A great way to try lots of different dishes. Come hungry, and be prepared for a long dinner. Plan at least 2 hours. It’s a nice pace if you have the time and are there with friends.
We had an awful experience Tuesday lab night was ridiculous, the food was not good at all. They did not offer extra silverware neither extra plates. ?

My wife, myself and friends went to Lab night yesterday. The food was excellent, the drinks were delicious and original and the service was great. Thank you for an excellent experience Sultan. I would recommend anyone with an adventurous pallette and plenty of time on a Monday night check it out. This is a coursed dinner so it may take 2-3 hours. Go with people you like and have plenty to talk about with.

A truly amazing culinary experience. We came on “lab night”, where they bring you several new dishes to try. A great local gem, get out here and support this amazing restaurant.

Lab Night food was fun and fantastic! Cocktails also unique and delicious. Can’t wait to come back
We visited Sultan for their lab night blind tasting menu and the experience was unique!
Pros:
- we were sat immediately and the service was friendly
- the food we were served was very good and there were some fun, unique concepts! (their rendition of ants on a log, a beef tallow gel) I really enjoyed the smoked salmon and rice
- they offer you the option to have seconds of any dishes so if one small plate wasn’t enough, you can have another round
Cons:
- the whole ordeal felt quite unorganized, unfortunately, as our server did not remember which courses we’d had and we ended up missing out on a dish of curry which we were bummed about
- the space is small and the tables are close together, so a full restaurant was incredibly loud and overwhelming. The music was chappel roan and other pop hits, which are bops, but didn’t fit the vibe at all
- this is a slowwww experience, and I wish we would have known that beforehand, especially for a Monday night dinner. One plate comes out at a time and there’s a lot of time in between plates
Overall the food was good and I’d like to give them another try on a normal night, as I didn’t feel this tasting menu was worth the cost.

Food is delicious, but watch out on Monday and Tuesday during their lab night. 35$ per person does not mean a dish per person. It means one dish per table even though you’re paying 35$ per person. It ends up being an incredibly small amount of food. Although the food is delicious, I feel that lab night is incredibly misleading. 3 people sharing one dish for 105$ total, vs the same amount of food for 2 people at 70$.

Had a reservation elsewhere but pivoted to Sultan. Saturday night at 6. No reservation. They got us a table immediately, service was quick. First plates came out very very quickly and everything was VERY good.
Should have grabbed some pics. The naan was outstanding, the lentils blew my mind. The only bummer was after adding shrimp biryani at the end we were too full for dessert. Next time.

Excellent food and service. We especially liked the garlic naan. The no tip feature is great. It is nice knowing my servers are getting paid fairly.

Went on Monday night for their “Lab Night” - there’s no menu & dishes are brought to the table as the chef creates them. Our server did a great job explaining them as he brought them out. The food was amazing! We were a table of 3 with mild, medium & hot spice level tolerance. There was only 1 of the 7 dishes that the mild heat level tolerance friend could not eat. They brought out some plain rice which somewhat cut the heat for the medium heat tolerance friend, but not quite enough. The 3rd friend loved that dish & devoured it. Overall everything from the service, to the timing of plates being delivered to the drinks was exceptional. We will absolutely go back!

Went with my wife for the tasting menu and had a great time. The small plates were delicious. My wife’s favorite was the paneer, while mine was the tandoori chicken tikka. Just fantastic, the balance of spice, crisp textures and tangy yogurt sauces came together for an elevated experience
We also grabbed the cocktail pairing, my wife went with the sweeter drinks and I got the sour and smoky ones, all were excellent. My favorite one was Black Magic, it was very smoky!
All in all it was a terrific night!
Edit: forgot to mention that it is a no tipping restaurant, which I think deserves a mention too

Weike to support new small businesses, but the brunch menu didn't seem to be very Pakistani. They say they have a "small plates" menu, but how do five people share the poached eggs in a tiny portion of shakshuka? Dishes coming out one at a time was not appropriate since most of our party of five were finished by the time the last person got their food. The cooking time was quite long with only one other person dining while we were there and no apparent take out orders on this Sunday. We had finished our tea and coffee by the time the food finally arrived, but no refills were offered. Portions were surprisingly small. Service and food didn't justify the upscale prices.
