Taqueria La Fogata is hands-down the best tacos in Madison, with delicious food and great prices. The carne asada, chorizo, and tacos al pastor are delicious, flavorful, and rich. The gringas and burrito are also amazing. Portion sizes are wonderful and a crazy deal for the price, often cheaper than fast food. The service is great, extremely friendly, quick, and patient. A buzzer system allows customers to wait comfortably for their food. With tasty salsas and meals like the orden especial de alambre, it is a place customers find themselves craving and will definitely be back to soon.
