Attempted dining here after a family funeral. Called 1.5 hours ahead of time to give them a headcount. After we got there they kept saying they had one more table to clear. 30 minutes later they told us they could only seat half of us. After 45 minutes my husband, brother in law and I left so that the remaining family would finally get a table. (Away from the rest of the family) Pretty disappointed in this restaurants ability to plan. Would have been nice to have had time with our entire family. Next time hopefully they tell the truth about their ability to serve people, instead of lying to their customers.

Excellent bbq ribs and very good bbq chicken. Salad very good along with the large baked potato. The margaritas were excellent and a good value. We often have the fish fry here which has a huge portion size and is light and flaky. Our server “Sarah” was super helpful and friendly.

5 stars for Scotty and Briana for service. I would also put 5 stars for the food until the manager Quincy approaches with a negative attitude and energy that may ruin your appetite. Ask for Briana and avoid Quincy at all costs.

The waitress was so careless that she brought the dessert without even bothering to clean the table. When we asked, ‘How are we supposed to eat this?’ she simply said, ‘I can bring you one plate if you want.’ It was honestly unbelievable. I’ve never experienced anything this unprofessional in any restaurant.

Wife and sister had rib eyes and sweet potatoes and we all had the house salad which I enjoy. The salad is a high light to my meal. Served cold with eggs, cheese, tomato and croutons that are soft enough to chew easily. And I ate a fillet mignon with mashed potatoes. We all enjoyed the food. The service was great too. Always a great time Texas Roadhouse.
The food was good, but the service was honestly one of the worst I’ve experienced. Our table was full of dirty plates when dessert arrived, servers seemed confused, and nothing felt organized. Definitely not acceptable for the price.

terrible experience the hostess was incredibly rude and dismissive she acted like she didn’t even want us there. our server was the worst i have ever had completely ignored us and showed zero interest in helping with anything. thankfully, the manager was the only person who tried to fix the situation. the food was also disappointing. my steak wasn’t cooked the way i ordered and was extremely salty. the west location is ten times better in every way. i won’t be coming back.

We had a wonderful waiter who even came to the table and did card tricks for us while we waited for food. With a large group it was really nice. Thank you Alex. The only reason the food wasn't 5 star was the mushroom and onion add-on was less than appetizing & had a weird aftertaste.
