Always a fun place to go. Love the atmosphere and staff.
Had a pretty poor experience on 9/9/23. We brought about 15 UW masters and PhD international scholars to tour Olbrich and then the Biergarten for snacks and conversation. Two of them were denied entry because they didn't bring their passports. They would have accepted paper photocopies of passports, but they did not accept pictures of the passports.
What seemed backwards is they were allowing children and minors in without any problem. Yet turning away fully grown adults...read full review
