You will be living above a bar that plays very loud music until two in the morning. If you go down to kindly ask them to turn it down, they will get very aggressive and verbally attack you.

Bartenders, bouncers, people frequenting the place were all fabulous! The only reason i cant give 5 stars is because of the DJ on the night of 6/24. I watched him meet and greet and speak to a plethora of men for about 20 minutes before i approached to ask of he could possibly work in a specific Song for my best friends bday. I totally get that DJs often have a specific set of songs they play but I wanted to ask, in case it was a possibility. I walked up to the man and he literally shooed me away with his hands as if i were vermin. Again, all men were "allowed" to approach him and speak, but the moment a woman walked up, he acted disgusted and pushed me away. He could have listened to my request and said no, that's fine. But i was never given the opportunity to say a word. I have no idea his name, but my entire group and I left after the disgusting misogyny. I will definitely come back to the cardinal, but not if he is there.

The Cardinal Apartments building elevator repeatedly breaks. Each time management claims to be unaware of past issues with it despite that they've been happening for four years. TWO PEOPLE WERE TRAPPED INSIDE THE ELEVATOR FOR AN HOUR just this week, and they deny there's a problem!

Visited a few times and the elevator didn't work. Their neighbors were stuck for a long time in them. Not sure how great management can be if they can't even keep the elevator working.
